About Us
At Stoney Meadows Farm, we believe good food starts with thoughtful land stewardship. Our family-run farm raises pasture-raised chicken, grass-fed beef, and pasture-raised pork using managed rotational grazing practices that prioritize animal care, healthy soil, and long-term sustainability.
Through intentional pasture management, our animals are moved regularly to encourage natural behaviors while giving grasses and soil the time they need to recover. This approach allows us to care for the land today while building healthier pastures for generations to come.

OUR STORY
Where It All Began
Stoney Meadows Farm is a multi-generational family farm located in rural southern Michigan, just outside Coldwater. Since 1973, Tom and Sharon Haylett have been cultivating and managing the land that became the foundation of everything we do today.
Together, Tom and Sharon raised five children on the farm and built a legacy centered around providing grass-fed beef and pastured meats to their local community. Their dedication to responsible farming practices, strong relationships, and hands-on management has shaped the farm for over five decades.
They now are passing the torch onto the next generation.
The second generation includes Jared, his wife Savannah and their adorable daughter Josephine.
